Christopher Roberts to Join VP of Abilene Christian University Steven Rutt to Present at AMA Conference

Roberts has been selected to speak at the 2024 AMA Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Education in Las Vegas, NV on November 12th. Alongside Steven Rutt, Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of Abilene Christian University, Roberts will present: Using Data to Compete for Online Students. The session will introduce the institution-agency relationship between CloudControlMedia and ACU Online and highlight the results the partnership has yielded for the university.

According to Roberts, the competition for online students is fierce in higher education and universities need to differentiate themselves to attract, engage, and enroll. To do so, they also need to leverage data science and the tools of digital marketing, suggested Roberts.

Roberts said that ACU Online continues to defy enrollment trends and has seen year-over-year growth of 26 percent and 36 percent for fall and spring, respectively.

Using ACU Online as a real-world example, the presentation will provide conference attendees with methodologies and tactics they can employ at their own institutions.
