LAS VEGAS, Jan. 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- On Saturday, Jan. 27, celebrity fans of the mobile game One Piece Thousand Storm, Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Valentin Chmerkovskiy were on-hand with game producers from BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc. to celebrate the popular game's first anniversary.
One Piece characters, including Luffy, were also there to delight fans at a fun-filled festival, One Piece Thousand Storm in Las Vegas 2018, that took place outside of Treasure Island Hotel & Casino at Sirens Cove – a fitting setting for a pirate-themed game! The producers also gave a sneak peek during a press conference of a soon-to-be-released second game from the popular One Piece series, titled One Piece Bounty Rush.
Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Valentin Chmerkovskiy played One Piece Thousand Storm together with the game producer during the press conference. Maks stated, "it's a beautiful opportunity to spend some time in Vegas celebrating great games" while Val said "it's awesome family fun that you can play with your kids."
The first ever, family-friendly event, One Piece Thousand Storm in Las Vegas 2018, took over Sirens Cove allowing fans of all ages to celebrate the game's first anniversary with other fans. During this event, fans enjoyed photo-ops with One Piece characters with the Treasure Island pirate ship as a backdrop, as well as played One Piece Thousand Storm on the famed Las Vegas Strip for a chance to win huge prizes, and much more. This event was free and open to the public.
