• In addition to being able to choose email notifications for shipment status updates, the company now offers its customers SMS text notifications making it easier for shippers and their recipients to stay updated at their fingertips.
• Customers now have access to more flexible delivery options, with 4-hour delivery service windows. This enables customers to select the days and times shipments should be delivered, along with ETA notifications to keep track of the status of packages.
