Portland, Maine, Marketing Executive to Speak at National Conference

PORTLAND, Maine, Nov. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Kristen Bailey, chief marketing officer of ZipLine, will be a guest speaker at the invitation-only Outlook Leadership Conference for convenience store industry executives on November 15 in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Bailey, a national expert on customer loyalty programs, will speak about a new generation of loyalty programs that recognize customers for what they spend, as well as their social, mobile, online and digital activities. She'll discuss the keys to building successful multichannel loyalty programs that build lifelong customer loyalty and increase sales.

Bailey's presentation, "Loyalty Reinvented: The Anatomy of a Winning Program," is based on a white paper she recently published about a ZipLine study that shows consumers who join payment-powered loyalty programs spend and visit more frequently. ZipLine is a provider of private-label debit mobile and card payments to the convenience store industry.

Keynote speakers at the Outlook Leadership Conference include Earvin "Magic" Johnson, General Stan McChrystal, and Joe Theismann.

At ZipLine, Bailey leads sales, marketing, business intelligence and consumer engagement. Recognized for her deep understanding of consumer behavior and segmentation strategies, Bailey served as director of marketing for Lindt, guiding the development and success of the company's innovative customer loyalty program. As director of market dynamics at retail/foodservice consulting firm The Moseley Group, Bailey lead multiple projects for client brands including Cumberland Farms, Coca-Cola, Juan Valdez, Maine Lobster, and Qdoba. Bailey was most recently chief marketing officer for LEV Restaurant Group in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Bailey holds a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from University of Montana. She lives in Portland, Maine.
