Patients, caregivers and family members will be able to ask questions of our speakers in a panel format, providing answers from experts in specific disciplines, such as surgery, radiation oncology, and side effect management."

"As a stage IV stomach cancer patient and survivor, I know how important it is for patients and their caregivers to have face-to-face interactions with and guidance from stomach cancer experts," said Debbie Zelman, DDF President and Founder.  "Additionally, the multi-disciplinary approach to cancer care is crucial to getting the best treatment possible. The symposium simulates that experience by having experts all in one room to address the many needs and questions patients have. This experience is not offered anywhere else in the world, and we are proud to be the only one to offer it at our Florida Stomach Cancer Education Symposium.  It is also being live translated in Spanish which is ground breaking," added Zelman.
