Spheryx to Present at the Chemical Mechanical Planarization Users Group Symposium
Spheryx Chief Technology Officer, Dr. Fook C. Cheong will present results from Spheryx's proprietary Total Holographic Characterization® technology applied to semiconductor polishing slurries.
