Former CMS Administrator Thomas A. Scully to Keynote Empower 2016

Scully, former administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), will serve as the keynote speaker at Empower 2016, the nation's premier care management conference. The conference will be held May 4 – 6 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
