The announcement coincides with a U.S. distribution deal between TOOBEEZ LLC and India's MRF Group, owner of the Funskool® Brand. The deal makes TOOBEEZ LLC, the distributor of Funskool® products in the North America.

TOOBEEZ LLC, under its TOOBEEZ® umbrella will add to its current lineup which consists of the EZ- Fort®, TOOBEEZ® and EZ-Toy® product lines. The new additions from the Funskool® deal will include lines in the Infant, Preschool, Arts & Crafts, Puzzles, Games and Playset categories. The deal will expand the TOOBEEZ LLC universe to 200+ products.
