Researchers from the collaborative research project between the Earle A. Chiles Research Institute a division of Providence Cancer Institute, and Lunaphore will present the results of a hyperplex-based characterization of the tumor microenvironment (TME) in response to combined immunotherapy and stereotactic ablative radiation therapy (iSABR) neoadjuvant treatment of HNSCC, facilitated by the COMET™ platform. The presentation will discuss strategies for rapid hyperplex sequential immunofluorescence (seqIF™) panel development and optimization, as well as methodologies for high-throughput data analytics.
