"Alongside other prominent educational offerings such as the Aesthetic Continuum, the Implant Continuum is another great addition to our course lineup and example of our commitment to offering world-class educational opportunities," explained Anna Singh, DMD, Vice President of Clinical Training and Development. "As dental implant technology advances and patient need increases, the need for dentists to become well versed in all aspects of dental implants has also increased. We are excited to offer supported dentists the ability to gain this knowledge."

The program offered attending dentists and dental assistants a unique educational experience including a comprehensive dive into implants that covered everything from introductory terminology and basics, to an advanced exploration of implant philosophies and techniques. Opportunities for case analysis with participants and doctor mentors also took place. Fifty-five attending doctors had the opportunity to experience mentor-supported, hands-on experience with live patients in 18 different locations.

The event was hosted by Heartland Dental Clinical Director, Dr. Ben Hanson. Speakers included Dr. Charles Schlesinger of CS Schlesinger Group, Dr. Robert Mongrain, and dental assistant breakouts held by Implant Direct's Clinical Success Managers. In addition, 43 doctor mentors and 25 dental assistant mentors were on hand to support attendees.
