IMPACT 2019, to be held April 15-17, 2019 at The Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, will feature top national human capital speakers, along with Bersin's leading analysts and researchers. To kick off the conference, Deloitte will reveal the results of its "2019 Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends" report — a study of the latest trends impacting workplaces in the U.S. and around the world. As a bellwether for the HR industry, the report reflects emerging insights from thousands of HR and business executives from across the globe.

The agenda has been organized around three tracks focused on helping leaders build an HR function set up to adapt to the future of work and learn the skills to navigate an increasingly challenging talent landscape.

The three major tracks and topics covered at the conference include:

  • The symphonic organization – learn how to become a team-based organization, how to cultivate a team mindset and the power of teams.
  • The unleashed individual – discover how to unlock the power of individual growth and evolve an organization's approach to risk and innovation.
  • The pioneering HR function – hear about new HR technologies, and capabilities for sustained growth and success at a tech vendor symposium and "walk about" as part of the conference.

"Every year, IMPACT is the industry's 'must attend' event because it brings new ideas and research to the forefront, such as how organizations can become a truly social enterprise and take an 'outside-in' approach," said Michael Gretczko, principal, Deloitte Consulting LLP and national offering leader, human capital as a service. "Based on the latest Bersin research, we already see important changes underway. Our '2019 Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends' report will define those developments and reveal how the world's leading HR organizations are responding."
