ChromaCode to Launch HDPCR™ Multiplexing Technology and Host Corporate Workshop at AMP 2018

CARLSBAD, Calif., Oct. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- ChromaCode, Inc., a company redefining molecular testing through data science, today announced it will introduce its High Definition Polymerase Chain Reaction (HDPCR™) multiplexing technology through a corporate workshop, exhibit hall booth (#327), and three study presentations during the upcoming Association for Molecular Pathology (AMP) 2018 Annual Meeting & Expo, taking place October 31November 3, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas.

ChromaCode's HDPCR™ multiplexing technology combines proprietary data science algorithms with widely-used, low-cost chemistries to enhance the multiplexing levels of common real-time and digital PCR instruments for detection of 5-50 targets in a single reaction. Through this application of data science, HDPCR™ empowers the enormous, global installed base of real-time and digital PCR instruments to perform multiplex testing at a very low cost.

Two of the three HDPCR™ posters will review results from the development and preliminary analytical studies with the HDPCR Tick-Borne Pathogen Panel (Research Use Only; RUO), an instrument agnostic assay that targets nine of the most common tick-borne pathogens in a single reaction.
