Used in conjunction with the OIC Tibial Nail, the OIC Semi-Extended Instrumentation affords surgeons an alternate method for intramedullary nailing of the tibia. By allowing for less flexion of the knee during implantation, this approach may help avoid fracture malreductions and misalignment and improve imaging.
