Ojai Hosts WeedCon 2018 Cannabis Business, Education & Lifestyle Expo

OJAI, Calif., Oct. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- WPI, On Friday, October 26th, the World Entrepreneurs Economic Development Conference (WeedCon) will take place at the Casa Ojai Inn in Ojai, CA. Sponsored by Ojai Greens Dispensary, LA Kush, Kushy Punch, Autumn Brands and world famous Chong's Choice, the mission of WeedCon is business networking and product branding to cannabis companies of all sizes. WeedCon 2018 will offer exhibitors, live music and education speakers during the one day event. "We purchased the entire hotel and we have onsite rooms available," says WeedCon founder, John Williams.

The event is not open to the public. Within Ojai City limits no person may smoke or ingest cannabis in any public place or in any location where smoking tobacco is prohibited. The event will not be open to, or within, public view and it is a 21 and over event. 

With projected growth from 5 billion to 50 billion in the next five years, the cannabis industry is creating opportunities in medicine, real estate, retail, manufacturing and other industries.  "My real estate values went up 50% since cannabis farmers came to town," says one Santa Barbara resident.  "I'm happy."
