NEW YORK, May 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Jerrick Media Holdings, Inc., (OTCQB: JMDA) (the "Company" or "Jerrick"), a technology company and the creators of Vocal, today announced its first closing of an offering of nine-month, 13% Promissory Notes generating gross proceeds of $600,000 thus far. The offering comes on the heels of raising over $1 million in February 2018 and closing on a $1.2 million private placement in April 2018.
