ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Dec. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Brands, a technology-driven company that delivers purpose-built solutions to the world's leading associations and nonprofits, today announced its first annual technology conference, Xperience 2018, which will take place May 6—9, 2018, at the Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Fla. The conference is a four-day event planned exclusively for Community Brands customers, partners and consultants, as well as leaders from the association, nonprofit and government markets. Motivational keynotes, more than 140 educational sessions—many of which qualify for CPE, CAE and CFRE credits—and one-on-one product support explore ways organizations can embrace digital transformation and make an impact on the world through technology to support their members, donors and missions.
Community Brands Xperience 2018 is the first technology conference that unifies the annual user and technology conferences of 501 Auctions, Abila, Aptify, Configio, Digital Ignite, Gesture, GiveSmart, MIP, NimbleUser and YourMembership, all of which are now part of the Community Brands family since the company was formed in April 2017.
"Our Community Brands team is highly anticipating hosting the best and brightest minds in the association and nonprofit sectors at Xperience18," said Jean-Paul (JP) Guilbault, president and CEO of Community Brands. "We're working diligently to create an unforgettable experience that will have leaders and their staff from both associations and nonprofits feeling inspired and empowered to reach their full potential."
Xperience 2018 is designed as a unique opportunity for association and nonprofit professionals to surround themselves with like-minded people who are dealing with similar challenges and using similar tools every day. The chance to have one-to-one conversations with product leaders allows them to influence product roadmap decisions and gain a deeper understanding for what is coming and why, as well as learn from industry experts how to efficiently leverage technology to meet growing expectations of members, donors and other key stakeholders, while improving engagement and delivering value to their constituents.
Tracks
The content available at Xperience 2018 is a group effort of some of the best minds from all the former companies that have come together to form Community Brands. Sessions not only align with the technology associations and nonprofits are using, but also support the work and missions they are focused on, including the needs of developers, fundraisers, continuing education professionals, nonprofit accountants and association executives.
Best practices, industry topics and leadership sessions include product-specific technology training with more than 140 sessions to choose from; professional development and career advancement with more than 60 accredited sessions applied towards CPE, CAE or CFRE certification; personalized education paths with content catered to executives, marketing, fundraising, membership, finance and technology professionals; and innovation and collaboration by directly partnering with product leaders to access resources to further advance technologies, organizations and missions. Additionally, there will be one-on-one support and consultation labs, hands-on training, developer deep-dives and small group meetups.
