"Regulation changes under the prior administration and new revisions upcoming under the current administration, have caused some confusion among U.S. travelers," says Norber, "As a company offering licensed travel to Cuba for over 27 years, we alleviate concerns and avoid potential problems for our clients. When done with VIP treatment and bespoke itineraries, Cuba is not just a destination, Cuba Handling makes it an experience," he adds.

Norber was in Cuba when President Trump announced his proposed changes to the regulations to be implemented by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), under the Office of the Treasury and has provided a detailed analysis of the imminent changes at http://www.cubahandling.com.

Among changes will be the elimination of individually licensed travel, which had been allowed under the relaxed regulations. While group licensed travel, organized by a sponsoring agency (such as Cuba Handling) will be permitted, a few new stipulations will be in effect. Cuba Handling is well versed on all of the regulations, and has provided 'cultural exchange' private tours for 27 years. Cuba Handling provides bespoke, luxury, off-the-beaten-path excursions, with accommodations, locations and venues that enhance interaction with Cuban people.

Norber and Cuba Handling will also exhibit at the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in Long Beach, CA, February 6-9, 2018, with a focus on private aircraft logistics and operations.

"We are pleased to share our vast expertise with colleagues in the aviation industry since it has been our business to share the special aura of Cuba, in its un-commercialized state, creating the most memorable, luxury experiences imaginable," says Norber, "Now is the time to capture the opportunity."
