Registration Opens for RISI's Asia Pacific Hygiene Products Symposium
Present and future nonwovens and tissue markets to be explored

BOSTON, June 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- RISI, the leading information provider for the global forest products industry, announced that registration for the Fourth Asian Pacific Hygiene Products Symposium has opened today. At the conference, delegates will immerse themselves in all aspects of the hygiene products and nonwovens industry to understand the latest trends, challenges and opportunities in the evolving global market. The conference will take place November 6-8, 2017 in Shanghai, China at the InterContinental Shanghai Expo.

RISI's team of experts will be joined by high-level hygiene products and nonwovens industry leaders to discuss the future market trends in supply and demand in Asia Pacific and beyond. This year's agenda focus on outlooks for the hygiene markets from now to 2020. Attendees can expect exciting presentations on topics like:

  • Key industrial factors impacting Asian and Chinese economics
  • Future market trends in supply and demand
  • Emerging market and new entrants to the hygiene industry
  • Baby diaper demands and quality trends like absorbency
  • The role of online sales and its influence on traditional markets

The Symposium combines the Asia Pacific Nonwovens Symposium and the Tissue Symposium; this merger first occurred in 2015 to optimize discussion of both markets.  H.B. Fuller, P&G, Ontex, Fiber Vision, Kimberly-Clark, and Spoolex Group are just some of the companies to attend the 2016 Symposium.

At this year's event, there will be ample opportunities to network with industry leaders and potential customers during lunches, breaks, and a special cocktail hour. Presentations will also provide valuable perspectives on market trends and challenges affecting the hygiene market in China and beyond.

Last year, the symposium drew more than 130 attendees from 76 countries to hear about the latest advancements and trends in the Asia Pacific hygiene market. This year's attendees can anticipate a similar strong turnout.
