"As a intensivist, I understand the important role nurses play in treating critically ill patients in need of urgent fluid resuscitation. Unfortunately, the methods we currently use to deliver fluids rapidly are often complex, slow, or imprecise, and limit our ability to treat shock quickly," said Mark Piehl, MD, MPH, Chief Medical Officer at 410 Medical. "We developed LifeFlow to help clinicians better treat shock and sepsis by delivering fluids rapidly and efficiently."

LifeFlow is an easy-to-use device that allows health care providers to rapidly and efficiently deliver fluids to critically ill patients with conditions such as sepsis and shock. LifeFlow allows a user to deliver 500ml of fluid to a patient in less than two and a half minutes.

Participants at NTI 2017 can meet 410 Medical staff and see demonstrations of the LifeFlow device in the exhibit hall at Booth #4803.

The Company initiated a limited market release of LifeFlow in November 2016 through an early evaluation program, which yielded positive results and feedback.  Based on the success of this program, 410 Medical is expanding LifeFlow's release to hospitals and emergency medical services (EMS) organizations nationwide.
