Matt Kaufer, vice president at Equifax will join Barb Muellerleile CPP, director, Finance/Payroll at Panera Bread for a special session designed for payroll professionals who oversee M&A. Going beyond the basic tax and reporting, Kaufer and Muellerleile will also discuss related due diligence and compliance requirements. Session attendees will learn how to better navigate M&A activity, uncover any potential risks and save money for their organizations.

"How To Be An I-9 Rock Star"
I-9 audits have increased in the last five years, and a poorly managed audit has the ability to can impact an organization's bottom line and reputation. During this session, Jason Fry, senior director at Equifax, Barbara Youngman CPP, senior payroll analyst at Toyota Motors North America and Monserrat Miller, partner at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, will discuss the state of I-9 compliance.
