Management Concepts Announces Presentations, Sponsorship at TOC 2017 Annual Institute

TYSONS CORNER, Va., April 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Management Concepts, the nation's premier provider of professional development, performance improvement, and talent management solutions for the public sector, today announced its training presentations and silver sponsorship of the Training Officer's Consortium (TOC) 2017 Annual Institute, taking place April 30 through May 3, 2017 in Hershey, PA. The theme of the 2017 Annual Institute is "Talent Development – How Sweet It Is!"

Debbie Eshelman, Managing Director for Human Capital and Talent Management for the People and Performance Consulting division at Management Concepts will present "How to be Resilient During Chaotic Times." Her session will explore how organizations can gain a truer and more complete understanding of the effectiveness of learning and development, by accounting for and measuring what are called lagging indicators (which are often overlooked in evaluations).
