Deadline Extended to May 1st!

LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 17, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Thanks to the generosity of the Julia Child Foundation, our Dame mentor hosts, and the LDEI chapters, there are six fabulous weeklong Legacy Experiences that are being given away! These awards are high-energy, labor-intensive, and career-expanding opportunities for early- to mid-career women.

The award winners will also be the guests of Les Dames d'Escoffier International at the 2017 Annual Conference in Newport Beach CA, October 26-29, where their educational and networking opportunities will continue.

The six awards include the chance to: work at the Jose Cuervo Tequila Distillery and Mundo Cuervo, assist at the historic James Beard House in New York City, explore winemaking at Wente Family Estates in California, learn all the facets of Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery in Seattle, experience what it takes to produce award-winning cheese at Shy Brothers Farm, and partake in a farm-to-table tour in New England.

The Legacy Awards are open to non-Dame women with four or more years of experience from the U.S., United Kingdom, Canada, and Mexico. Successful applicants are passionate, skilled, and eager to grow and develop their careers. In short, they are tomorrow's leaders in food, fine beverage, and hospitality.
