NY Women's May Market debuts POOLTRADESHOW, BLUE@Intermezzo; Offers newly expanded show floor and immediate categories

NEW YORK, April 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- UBM Fashion has reenergized and expanded its NY Women's May marketplace featuring six incredible shows that offer a unique opportunity for buyers to shop immediates across all categories from ready-to-wear apparel, to premium accessories and popularly-priced footwear.

This May will bring the art and indie inspired west coast trade event POOLTRADESHOW to the largest accessories seasonal market touting several cornerstone shows including: Accessorie Circuit, Intermezzo Collections, Accessories the Show, Fame and MODA, opening May 7 – 9th at the Jacob Javits Center

With immediacy being the new normal, the headlining May event, Intermezzo Collections, is more relevant than ever.  Merge that with the buzz among fashion influencers surrounding heritage denim as a key trend and suddenly there is a clear need for an expanded denim presence during the intermediate markets. 

BLUE@Intermezzo, the first ever platform dedicated to showcasing premium denim brands, will exhibit between the major women's fashion markets. Designed and curated around an open floor and located at the entrance of Intermezzo Collections, BLUE is a movement fueled by the spirit of denim, celebrating creativity, collaboration, and community.

POOLTRADESHOW, the top breeding ground for art-inspired and independent fashion brands will serve a carefully merchandised show and features everything from unique apparel and accessories to lifestyle, apothecary, home goods and stationary, introducing a unique selection to the east coast market. Exhibiting brands include YRN, JOYN, Wicked Heathens, and Blue Planet.

The New York SWIMLESSONS event will be hosted on Thursday, May 4th from 9:00 AM3:30 PM at the Tishman Auditorium at the New School, 63 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10003.
