Therap Announces Statewide Conference in Columbia, South Carolina, May 2-4, 2017
User presentations on best practices, implementation strategies and recommendations on meeting State regulations.

COLUMBIA, S.C., Feb. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Therap's Statewide Conference will be held in Columbia, South Carolina, and is scheduled to take place from May 2-4, 2017. The conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Columbia. The conference provides an opportunity for Therap users from across the state to meet and share their knowledge and experiences using Therap's Disability software.

Currently, approximately 14000 users in South Carolina are using the Case Management system. Therap's case management functionalities allow case managers  to view data of the individuals that they are supporting across different service providers They can view documentation created by day and residential providers outside of their own agency with the help of a set of access privileges assigned by the State.

The Therap interface comes with a multi purpose design that allows for case managers to view information recorded for individuals they support at other service provider agencies, and also record documentation on individuals within their own managed care organization (MCOs). The case management features allows for case managers to set their own access privileges to sort the data that is relevant to them and unique to the individuals they support. Therap's case management software allows for viewing person centric data including service plans, individualized notes, incident reports, medication administrations and an assortment of health records ranging from doctor's appointments and scheduled lab tests to immunizations and active allergies.
