The Service Council™ Announces Former Head of Training for The Walt Disney Company & Best-selling Author, Doug Lipp as Keynote Speaker as its Fifth Annual Smarter Services™ Executive Symposium

BOSTON, June 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Service Council™, the information and community platform to the Services, Customer Support & Customer Experience community, today announced the keynote speaker for its annual Smarter Services™ Executive Symposium set to take place September 12-14, 2016 at the Swissôtel in Chicago, Illinois. Keynoting this year's conference is Doug Lipp, Best-Selling Author & Former Head of Training for The Walt Disney Company. Doug will discuss "IT'S A SMALL, SMALL WORLD: The Globe is Shrinking. Is Your Business Expanding?". Doug is well-known for his previous role as Head of Training for The Walt Disney Company, as well as, for his best-selling book, "Disney U: How Disney University Develops the World's Most Engaged, Loyal, and Customer-Centric Employees."
