SAINT ALBANS, Vt., March 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The World Wide Data Vault Consortium is thrilled to announce their 2016 event. The conference will take place at the Stoweflake Resort and SPA in Stowe, Vermont, US, on May 25, 2016.
The data vault conference is designed so that participants can enhance their knowledge in the realm of data vault architecture and data warehousing. Participants will get the opportunity to hear from consultants, vendors, customers, the inventor of the DV, DV2.0, as well as the father of Data Warehousing.
Featured keynote and session speakers include Bill Inmon (the father of Data Warehousing and author of more than 50 books), Peter Aiken, Dan Linstedt (the inventor of the Data Vault and DV 2.0 architectures, and author of the Amazon #1 Best-Seller: "Building a Scalable DW with DV 2.0" which is hailed as the DV 2.0 bible), Sanjay Pande, Oracle Ace and Snowflake DB evangelist Kent Graziano, as well as other influential thought leaders in business intelligence.
Within every speaking session there will be a 25 minute networking opportunity. This allows participants to talk to the vendors, speakers, and other notable attendees. "The networking sessions are the most powerful component of this conference," says the website.
Last year's event was a full house which included standing participants, and this year organizers say the attendance will double (to be capped off at 110 people) which is why they expanded the conference's capacity. The conference typically brings attendees from Australia, Canada, India, US, Germany, Netherlands, and Belgium, and the organizers recommend booking early.
