The introduction of the Built-In Line comes on the heels of a successful launch of Frigidaire Professional^® in 2015, continuing its more than 90-year legacy of creating innovative, first-of-its-kind home appliances. The new line, comprised of Wall Ovens, Cooktops, Ventilation, Refrigerators and Freezers, adds sleek, built-in options to the existing suite of professionally-inspired appliances designed for consumers who are looking for a professional-grade kitchen.

Research has shown that there is an underserved market of consumers who want professional appliances, but don't own them today. The size of this market accounts for 18 percent of the mass/mass premium appliance market. This target is specifically interested in professional appliances due to the performance they offer, the look they offer their overall kitchen, and the durability that they offer. However, they're not willing to buy traditional professional appliances either due to the cost, time, or their lifestage.
