ATLANTA, June 17, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Randstad US announces today that Jim Link, chief human resources officer of Randstad North America, will participate in two sessions at the SHRM19 Annual Conference & Exposition. A recognized thought leader in human capability and the future of work, Link will share best practices that will enable HR and business leaders to make better connections between the capabilities of workers and the growing demands of the future of work.
In his first session, "Why Employers Need to Think of Artificial Intelligence as an Employee," Link will explain how the future workplace will consist of three segments: traditional, agile and AI "workers."
