The conference will highlight stories from people like Dana Lewis and Morgan Gleason, and focus on how to make meaningful changes to help the system, while moving away from the classic "What the health care?" moments that plague health care today. Examples of those commitments include more powerful patient advocacy and leveraging WEGO Health's platform to better understand the patient experience and make appropriate changes.

Industry leaders, everyday people, caregivers, and those who feel powerless in the health care industry alike can get involved in the conference in the following ways:

  • Join What's The Fix?: On June 14, gain understanding of how a single person can drive change in health care, real tools to make positive changes and gather inspiration to start or participate in the movement for change. There is no charge to register to attend for free the via livestream or in-person in Seattle. Register here.
  • Commit to change: On June 5, at 12:30 p.m. PT, WEGO Health and HealthSparq will connect with industry leaders during a livestreamed Brandlive event. Register here for more information.
  • Engage in the discussion: Contribute to the conversation about how everyday people and industry leaders alike can help make health care people-first, here.

"As a nurse, I always knew there were challenges in health care, but as a mom I realized just how challenging they are," said What's The Fix? speaker Amy Gleason, who is also a nurse, tech entrepreneur, and mom to fellow conference speaker Morgan Gleason. "Having WEGO Health share their perspective about the importance of the patient voice in the health care industry is a mission I'm very aligned with!"
