Veteran Attorney Michael Ochoa Keynotes on Complexities in Counseling Lawyers in Divorce

CHICAGO, April 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Law Offices of Jeffery M. Leving, Ltd. hosts the next Arthur S. Kallow Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Seminar on  April 19, 2017, at 6 p.m. at 19 S. LaSalle St. in Chicago.  This Seminar will be moderated by internationally renowned family law attorney Jeffery M. Leving and coordinated by  Attorney of the Year Misty Gamino.

The seminar will feature family law attorneys Michael Ochoa and Rafael Albarran.  Ochoa will present on the complexities in counseling and representing lawyers in divorce. He has represented clients pro hac vice in Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Wisconsin, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, California, Kansas, Florida and Minnesota.  Ochoa has successfully litigated and settled many cases involving complex financial, child custody and removal issues.  Ochoa was awarded the "Top Litigator Award" in 2008 and the "Best International Custody Award" in 2010.  His highly successful trials and settlements are testaments to his commitment to his clients throughout America.

Ralph Albarran will present on how to navigate the complexities of pre-nuptial agreements and retirement plans governed by ERISA.  Albarran will discuss some of his significant and memorable case victories. He served in the United States Marine Corps and was deployed to and served honorably in Iraq.

The seminar will conclude with an open discussion.
