The conference will take place July 25-27 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Dr. Jill Biden, wife of former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, is a lifelong educator, author, proud military mom, and active member of her community. She has worked to bring attention to the sacrifices made by military families, highlight the importance of community colleges, and raise awareness around areas of importance to women, including breast cancer prevention, all while continuing to teach as a full-time English professor.
