NTSA Announces Dates for MODSIM WORLD 2017
Co-locating with 2017 Spring Simulation Multi-Conference

ARLINGTON, Va., March 28, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA) is pleased to announce that MODSIM WORLD 2017 will take place April 25-27, 2017 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center in Virginia Beach, VA.

MODSIM WORLD 2017 is a multi-disciplinary conference for the exchange of modeling and simulation knowledge, research and technology theory and practice across industry, government and academia. The event, co-located with the 2017 Spring Simulation Multi-Conference, will address the state of modeling and simulation in the community domains of today, including critical infrastructure, maritime, health care, aerospace, and defense and homeland security. 

Modeling and Simulation experts and thought-leaders will lead dialogue on the latest trends on training and education, analytics and decision-making, science and engineering, and visualization and gamification.

This year's MODSIM WORLD 2017 keynote speakers include:

  • Dr. Pieter Mostermann, Chief Research Scientist and Director, MathWorks Advanced Research & Technology Office (MARTO) and Adjunct Professor, McGill University

  • Dr. Paul Lehner, Chief, Test and Evaluation, Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA)
