*Takaha Solenoid Contest (SOLECON) is a well-known invention contest using Takaha solenoids to propose infinite possibilities of solenoids in Japan.
Takaha Kiko is participating in the world-renowned Exhibition CeBIT, the world's foremost event on everything essential to the wave of digitalization and the world's largest exhibition showcasing B-to-B solutions utilizing cutting-edge technologies including IoT, big data, artificial intelligence and robotics, held in Hannover, Germany, from March 20 to 24. Takaha Kiko's main objective for CeBIT 2017 as their first participation in overseas exhibitions is to increase Takaha Kiko brand awareness globally as their first step of expanding their global sales network. To increase Takaha Kiko brand awareness, they will showcase products made by solenoids for SOLECON and unique Solenoid Demo machines as well as 66 types of standard Solenoids at CeBIT 2017.
Takaha Kiko is DC Solenoid manufacturer in Japan that has a whole manufacturing process of a solenoid in-house from molding, cutting, pressing to component parts production. DC solenoid is an actuator just like a motor. Applying a current to the coil, the plunger makes a liner motion. Solenoids are used everywhere such as electronic locks of doors, parking system for bicycle, a part of coin changes for vending machines and ticket machines etc.
Their booth is located at JETRO's "Japan pavilions" at Hall 12 D04, (33). This year, Japan will be starring as the official Partner Country of CeBIT for the first time. Japan pavilions has 118 companies and organizations from large companies such as TOYOTA, AsahiKASEI, FANUC, DENSO and NEC to SMEs. Japan pavilion has 50 SMEs and Takaha Kiko is the only one company from Kyusyu region among them. Japan pavilions are located at Hannover messe hall 4 (Digital Business Solutions) and hall 12 （Datacenter Infrastructure、IoT、Communication & Networks）occupying 7,200 m2 of floor space. Japan pavilion is the largest-ever national pavilion at CeBIT.
CeBIT 2017 focuses on Trend Digital technology such as VR, AI, cyber security, Autonomous system, Humanoid robots. Japan pavilion will showcase a wide range of revolutionary next-generation technologies, products and services from Japan, including sensing technology, biometric authentication technology, wearable devices, communicating robots, exoskeletons, personal mobility vehicles, drones, and automated driving systems. Takaha Kiko will showcase 66 types of Takaha Kiko solenoids that can be shipped within a day customers place an order, SOLECON's winning products made by solenoids, Takaha Kiko's new product "Long stroke Solenoid" and Demo of No magnetic latching solenoid that is a collaboration project authorized by Japan METI.
