For the 6th consecutive year, the company will serve as the Official Latin Foods Provider and will reprise its role as title sponsor of the Grand Tasting Village. This year, the star chefs who will delight attendees with their culinary prowess include: Fernando Desa, Goya's executive chef; Jose Mendín, executive chef of The Pubbelly Group; Richard Ingraham, personal chef to Dwyane Wade; Richard Plasencia, executive chef and owner of The Twisted Fork and The Ravenous Chef; and Sean Brasel, executive chef and owner of Meat Market. Goya Foods invites guests to experience the mouthwatering variety of Goya's Latin-American products throughout the Festival, which runs from Wednesday, February 22 through Sunday, February 26, 2017.

To bring the four-day festival to a close, Goya will take over the Biltmore Hotel for the Goya Foods' Swine & Wine hosted by Cindy Hutson. Goya's Chef Desa will partner with Sean Brasel, executive chef and owner of Meat Market, to prepare different variations of pork dishes. These master chefs will craft iconic creations such as: Braised Pork Cheeks with Aji Lobster Salad and Crispy Taro topped with Smoke Kombu Gastrique and Pan con Lechón with Aji Sauce.
The 16th annual edition of SOBEWFF, America's favorite wine and culinary extravaganza, will once again benefit Florida International University's (FIU) Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center.
