EMS World Expo Named "Fastest 50" by Trade Show Executive Magazine

FORT ATKINSON, Wis., Feb. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- EMS World Expo—the largest EMS event in North America— has once again been named one of the fastest growing trade shows by Trade Show Executive magazine.  Bringing together thousands of emergency medical services professionals each year, EMS World Expo offers world-class educational sessions, unrivaled networking opportunities, and the latest innovations, products and technologies necessary to improve the delivery of out-of-hospital patient care.

Trade Show Executive ranked the 2016 EMS World Expo as one of the top 50 fastest-growing shows in the categories of total attendance and number of exhibiting companies. A total of 87 exhibitions make up the "Fastest 50" class of 2017, which is comprised of the shows that had the highest levels of growth in exhibit space, number of exhibitors and attendance in 2016.

EMS World Expo was also recognized as Trade Show Executive's "Next 50" for net square feet of exhibit space. The "Next 50" recognition puts EMS World Expo in the top 100 trade shows for largest exhibit space.

"We are honored to have been selected again as one of the Trade Show Executive's Fastest 50 shows," said Ed Nichols, Vice President of Events at Southcomm Inc., which produces EMS World Expo. "In 2013 we won this award for total attendance, and we are thrilled that our event has joined this select group of winning events for the second time in three years."

Scott Cravens, Group Publisher of EMS World said, "The show's growth is a testament to the cutting-edge education presented at EMS World Expo each year, as well as a reflection of the strong support of our exhibitors and industry partners. Our continued growth in terms of show size and attendance makes EMS World Expo the must-attend event of the year."
