NC4 Webcast to focus on how Cyber Information Sharing is Starting to Connect with Cyber Defense
The Coming Convergence of Cyber Defense and Cyber Threat Information Sharing

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., Jan. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- NC4, the leading supplier of cyber threat sharing solutions, will hold a special live webcast tomorrow to discuss how cyber threat sharing is converging with cyber defense to protect not only individual enterprises but also key sectors such as the Financial Services and others.

The live webcast, hosted by NC4's Cyber Solutions Product Manager Chris Needs, will include industry executives with a vast history of cyber security experience who have worked to improve our nation's stance around cyber information sharing.    

The Los Angeles Participants include:

  • Sean Franklin – NC4 Cyber Advisor, Former Board member of the Financial Services ISAC, and former VP of Threat Intelligence at American Express

NC4 will also talk about its Cyber Solutions Roadmap.  In December, NC4 announced the availability of CTX/Soltra Edge at a discount of $8,500, for the first year, until March 15th.  Normal pricing is $15,000 per year. During the webcast, NC4 will discuss a free version called CTX/Soltra Edge Limited Edition (LE).

About the Speakers

Mark Clancy
Mark has over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity including being the CISO for the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, managing the global security incident response team at Citigroup, as a board member of the FS-ISAC, and was the founder of Soltra.  He is a frequent speaker at both technical and public policy venues and has testified before the US Congress on cybersecurity.

Sean Franklin
Sean has spent the last 17 years in cybersecurity focused on deploying advanced solutions to combat information security challenges within the financial services sector including integrated threat intelligence, advanced red teams, robust cyber simulation programs and quantified risk management practices. Sean is a board member of the National Cyber Forensics Training Alliance and former board member of the FS-ISAC.

Jonathan Couch
As SVP of Strategy of ThreatQuotient, Jonathan Couch utilizes his 20+ years of experience in information security, information warfare and intelligence collection to focus on the development of people, process, and technology within client organizations to assist in the consumption, use, and communication of cyber threat intelligence. Prior to ThreatQuotient, Jonathan was a Co-Founder and VP of Threat Intelligence Services for iSIGHT Partners, worked with the military and intelligence community, and served in the U.S. Air Force.

Greg Temm
Gregg has over 18 years of expertise in cybersecurity and risk management programs most recently in managing MasterCard's Intelligence and Public/Private Partnership program for cyber and physical threats.  In his previous roles, he has led cyber security, network operations and debit functions. Greg has served as officer and director for the board of the FS-ISAC and is currently the Chief Information Risk Officer for the FS-ISAC.
