All proceeds from the conference benefit women in career crisis or transition who are participating in JVS programs, three of whom will share their personal stories at the event. Women served range from the long-term unemployed to people with disabilities; veterans transitioning to the civilian workplace, as well as those participating in WoMentoring, WLN's signature career mentoring program.

The conference kicks off with a breakfast networking reception and is followed by a luncheon program hosted by award-winning actress Nikki Crawford, who has starred in a variety of Broadway musicals, local theatre, television and film. Featured speakers include Dr. Pisarska, who is Director of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Cedars-Sinai and heads up her own research laboratory and Spielberg, an award-winning documentary filmmaker whose latest film, Above and Beyond, tells the story of Jewish-American WWII veterans who risked everything to fly for Israel in the War of Independence. She has numerous projects in development and production, including Who Will Write Our History, On the Map and a feature film version of Above and Beyond. An audience Q & A will follow each of the speakers. The conference highlights the personal stories of women whose lives have been changed by JVS Programs.

Celebrity fashion critic, red carpet guru and author of "Glamour, Interrupted," Steven Cojocaru (aka Cojo), will share his creative accessorizing tips in a Fashion Forecast presented by Bloomingdale's Century City.

Barbara Leanse and Nancy Paul, both members of the WLN Leadership Council, are this year's event chairs. "The Woman to Woman Conference continues to inspire attendees by providing both a meaningful and authentic networking opportunity and by making a difference in the lives of other women,'' comments Leanse. "Last year we had over 500 attendees participating," adds Paul, "and this year we expect to sell out."
