Colorado Technology Association Adopts POPin to Help Startups Succeed
New Nucleus Program Uses Crowdsourcing Product to Help Start-ups Solicit Advice

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- POPin today announced that the Colorado Technology Association (CTA) has engaged POPin to leverage a crowdsourcing product that will help start-ups use insights from CIOs and proven entrepreneurs to bring new products to market.

Colorado-based Quantum Metric, a data analytics start-up, will participate in a live on-stage demonstration of the POPin product at the CTA annual Colorado Tech Summit on October 19, 2016, in the Denver Marriott Tech Center in Denver, Colorado. The Colorado Tech Nucleus Program is a new CTA Program launching in 2017 in order to continue to advance the tech industry in Colorado.  An element of the Program will strengthen the important intersection between emerging and enterprise using the POPin Platform featuring a new start-up each month.

The Colorado Technology Association leads the network fueling Colorado's economy through technology, including a prominent Board of Directors of seasoned enterprise technology executives.

"We are excited to provide a product for the CTA to foster growth among the most promising start-ups in Colorado," said Hayes Drumwright, founder and CEO of POPin. "Crowdsourcing leads to more imaginative problem-solving and will give local entrepreneurs the ability to source expert advice from proven technology experts."

Drumwright will also speak at the CTA event about his new leadership book, Management vs. Employees: How Leaders Can Bridge the Power Gaps That Hurt Corporate Performance. The book explores how to address the typical divide between management and the employees they lead.

The Colorado Tech Summit is a one-day conference for technology leaders to purposefully interact with one another, exchanging ideas and exploring opportunities for the state's growing tech sector. This year's theme is, "Enabling Business through Technology Innovation." This annual conference aims to forge new relationships, as well as up-level and amplify connections within the CTA-led Colorado tech community.
