To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Catersource, the Show for Catering and Event Professionals, is embracing its southern roots and headed back to its city of origin – New Orleans – March 12-15 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Expanding the culinary program at Catersource, The Art of Catering Food joins the Catersource conference program. Providing a three-day intensive course for chefs and catering kitchen staff, the AOCF provides inspiration as it always has through in-depth and specialized content for menu development.
