"The LALCC is excited to partner once again with The Latino Coalition for the 2016 West Coast Small Business Summit.  Every year, this conference serves as an opportunity for California small business owners to address the triumphs and challenges of entrepreneurship.  We look forward to another great summit and to continue our partnership of empowering the backbone of our economy," said Gilbert R. Vasquez, Chairman of the Los Angeles Latino Chamber of Commerce.

The small business summit will also present the complete poll findings the TLC Rising Latino American Electorate and the 2016 Elections poll— an on-going election-year study revealing how conservative Latinos are not a monolithic voting bloc.  The poll sampling confirms that the country's growing Republican and Independent Hispanic population does not have a particularly positive view of either presidential candidate and their positions on the key issues significant to this ever-important voter segment.

"During a highly unpredictable election cycle, the voice of Latino voters is crucial.  Our summit will shed vital insight on this key voting bloc's political opinions, and go a step further to show how the Hispanic entrepreneurial phenomenon is a significant and indispensable electorate opportunity for anyone serious about winning the 2016 election," Barreto added.
