MacStadium Offers Dedicated Mac® Private Clouds for iOS Build Infrastructure
Jenkins Users Can Now Develop, Test, and Build Apps for iOS in the Cloud

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- JENKINS WORLD – MacStadium today announced an initiative to offer dedicated Mac private cloud environments specifically for large-scale iOS application development, testing, and building at Jenkins World, the annual gathering of DevOps practitioners using open source Jenkins. The conference held at the Santa Clara Convention Center is the largest gathering of Jenkins users in the world and is a multi-day event comprised of sessions, workshops, training and other learning opportunities.

MacStadium has pre-packaged dedicated, highly-scalable Mac private cloud environments powered by VMware vCenter and PureStorage all-flash SAN. "With locations on both US coasts, as well as in Europe, iOS developers can now take advantage of high-performing iOS build infrastructure for Jenkins", stated Greg McGraw, CEO of MacStadium. Built around patent-pending, custom-designed data center technology, MacStadium's Mac Private Cloud environments are built to take advantage of the powerful Apple Mac Pro and scale effortlessly.

"Managing a fleet of OS X build agents has been such a pain for everyone doing iOS app development, and I'm really excited that MacStadium is taking on this problem," said Kohsuke Kawaguchi, Jenkins founder and CTO at CloudBees.
