HARBOR CITY, Calif., Aug. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Pelican Parts invites car enthusiasts to join us at our summer Coffee & Cars with Pelican event this Saturday, August 13th. If you have a passion for cool cars, you will love this event.
Car aficionados, friends, and family (even pets) gather together at this quarterly meet-up to admire and showcase the classic, customized, restored, street, racing and other incredible vehicles that always make an appearance at this event. We will be at the upper level (4th floor) outdoor deck of the Promenade for the Peninsula from 7-9am located at 550 Deep Valley Drive, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274.
Starbucks is sampling treats and this event marks the debut of Pelican's sticker for MINI owners! We will also have Pelican's famous jelly beans and stickers for Porsche, BMW and Mercedes on hand as well.
Coffee & Cars with Pelican started in 2015 based on an inspired idea from Pelican Parts founder Wayne Dempsey. "I remember Wayne saying 'The South Bay needs an event for local car enthusiasts to share their passion,'" recalls Vicharin Vadakan, VP of Marketing. "We thought 10 people might show up for the first event, but were thrilled when nearly 200 cars arrived!" The most recent meet-up had over 500 cars of all types.
