The new partnership will provide a more engaging customer journey by leveraging the acclaimed front-of-house and consumer app solution from DineTime, with the industry leading guest intelligence, feedback, and marketing tools provided by Venga.  The partnership will be highlighted at the QSR booth at the NRA Show (Booth #5940).

DineTime's current platform includes online reservations, mobile waitlist addition, text message paging, table and seating management, valuable guest information, and a dashboard of analytics for the restaurant owner. With this new partnership, it will now be supplemented by Venga's suite of tools that enable restaurants to make more personalized connections with their diners. Venga's unique integration of guest information with the Point-of-Sale (POS) check-level data will provide DineTime clients with deeper, actionable insights into guests' spend and visit habits.
