TrademarkNow's new ExaMatch platform aids intellectual property attorneys in conducting research for trademark oppositions or pre-litigation preparation. Trademarks are typically filed on a country-by-country basis, forcing trademark attorneys engaged in disputes to painstakingly look up trademark information across multiple country registries and databases in order to prepare for case discussions.
