ACEDS honors eDiscovery experts for professional excellence, outstanding contributions and achievements

NEW YORK, April 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS), a BARBRI Professional Association, today announced the winners of the 2016 ACEDS Awards, marking the organization's second annual celebration of eDiscovery professionals and experts.

The awards ceremony closed out the seventh annual conference, which was attended by approximately 400 eDiscovery leaders and professionals from across the country. Award winners were nominated by their peers, and selected by a panel of legal and eDiscovery experts: Rob Robinson, managing director of Complex Discovery; Janice Jaco, winner of the 2015 eDiscovery Person of the Year; Julie Brown, litigation technology manager, Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease; Philip Favro, consultant, discovery & information governance at Driven; George Socha, co-founder, EDRM and president & founder, Socha Consulting; Kenya Dixon, asst. director, Division of Litigation Technology & Analysis at the Federal Trade Commission.
