CYPRESS, Calif., Feb. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Maya Toys announced its plans to showcase the company's new Cutie Stix arts-and-crafts brand at Toy Fair 2017 this week. The fashion-forward Cutie Stix product line, driven by the innovative Cut-and-Create System, empowers girls, ages six to 10, to create, wear, show and share iconic bead designs. The unveiling is supported by a "Cutie Stix Fantasyland" event in which the brand's characters come to life.
"With endless combinations of visual goodies to create," said Jennifer Strick, director of marketing for Maya Toys, "the Cutie Stix brand is bursting with personality, highly collectable and customizable. With the adorable bead designs, girls can craft jewelry, accessories, nail art, wall art, fun animal figures and more in expressing themselves and showing off their personal fashion statements."
The product line, introduced at ToysRUs during the 2016 holiday season, will extend the launch in spring, 2017. "Retailers and consumers alike are gravitating to the Cut-and-Create System, the core Cutie Stix technology," said Larry Falcon, Maya Toys' senior vice president sales. "Each stick features a tactile consistency, unique shape and extruded pattern in which the design remains the same with each cut of the stick."
Maya Toys will demonstrate Cutie Stix in Booth 1759 at the New York Toy Fair show, as well at the "Cutie Stix Fantasyland" event site. The event is stationed in the Javits Center North Concourse, near the main entrance.
