"We are honored to have Wilson Cruz and Tai Beauchamp host our 10th Annual ADCOLOR Conference & Awards," said ADCOLOR Founder and President Tiffany R. Warren. "In their careers and lives they have used their celebrity to challenge the status quo so that people of color, women and members of the LGBTQ community can see themselves as TV stars, fashion editors and icons. We could not be prouder to have these two points of light helping us to usher in our 10th year!"

In addition to Wilson Cruz's high profile acting career, he has also been a permanent fixture on the frontlines of LGBT advocacy. He recently served as the Director of Entertainment Industry Partnerships and national spokesperson for GLAAD, the nation's leading LGBT media advocacy organization. Fans can also catch him this fall in CBS' new drama, DOUBT.

"ADCOLOR is an incredible organization that not only empowers people from all backgrounds to rise up, but also to give back," said Cruz. "I am truly honored to be the host for the 10th Annual ADCOLOR Awards and to celebrate the progress we have made in our creative industries."

Beauchamp, an influencer, public speaker, media personality and entrepreneur, is known for engaging women across the world and celebrating both inner and outer beauty. Recently, Tai launched her media company, Tai Life Media, LLC to more holistically connect style and empowerment.

"I am beyond thrilled and honored to serve as host of ADCOLOR Conference 2016. The work that Tiffany and her team do is vital not only to the advertising community but all commercial industries," said Beauchamp. "For 10 years, ADCOLOR has changed the face of the advertising and communications industries, but more importantly helped shift cultural perceptions and standards. I'm ready to celebrate where we are and where we are going!"

The show will provide an opportunity for the organization to honor those who embody ADCOLOR's motto "Rise Up and Reach Back."  Those honored not only excel in their own careers, but also give back to the community and support their peers. The goal is to create a network of diverse professionals to encourage and celebrate one another.

The event will take place in Boca Raton, where the awards started, at The Boca Raton Resort & Club from September 18-21, 2016.
