(OTC-BB: FLXT) and HTK announce participation in two "Industry significant" events that will lay the foundation for rapid market adoption of the fully patented HTK anti-rollaway "BrakeAlert" System including the Work Truck Show 2016 in Indianapolis (March 1-4) and the WasteExpo 2016 in Las Vegas (June 7-9).
At the events, the companies will continue to unveil and propel this Bend Sensor® based technology forward to all market sub-segments – Waste and Environmental Services, Heavy Duty Trucks, Special Duty Trucks and Emergency Vehicles. The patented technology is believed to reduce injuries and fatalities associated with accidental vehicle rollback when work vehicles are left vacant.
Flexpoint VP of Sales-Paul Sexauer commented, "We expect to announce the finalization of our first reseller/distributor agreement coming out of Indianapolis and to have a number of other such relationships in place in advance of the June show in Vegas. These strategic distributors will be the conduit to both OEM's and Fleet Managers we need to ramp up our sales quickly."
This initial agreement will be with an established, rapidly growing, supplier of electronics and parts to the heavy truck and specialty truck markets. HTK and Flexpoint also have a commitment to begin a pre-distribution agreement trial with a major sub-supplier and services provider to the Waste and Environmental Services industry in March 2016.

Each of these shows will prove to be pivotal in the short and long term as the companies rapidly execute on the sales and marketing strategies that have been established.
