ISG is a corporate sponsor and partner of the annual event, expected to attract hundreds of participants from more than 40 countries to the Marriott World Center Orlando.

On Tuesday, February 19, Jan Erik Aase, director, ISG Research, and chair of the IAOP Advocacy and Outreach Committee, will be a presenter at the 2019 IAOP Hall of Fame Awards luncheon, introducing the two new inductees into the IAOP Hall of Fame, chosen from nominations reviewed by his committee. Aase also will present ISG's insights on the digital workplace of the future at a private breakfast session that morning hosted by digital solutions provider HCL Technologies.

Also on February 19, Jenn Stein, partner and leader of ISG Life Sciences, will participate in the panel discussion, "How Women Executives in Typically Male-Dominated Industries Command Outcomes by Empowering Others," at 3:45 p.m. The panel will focus on the impact of mentorship on the careers of today's executives, programs for up-and-coming industry participants, as well as career advice for staying abreast of rapid changes in the industry and technology.

"I am honored to join our accomplished panel members to bring to the forefront the important topic of women's strategies for success," Stein said. "The IAOP is the premier global organization for outsourcing and global business services. As women join this industry, they are working closely with both male and female mentors to drive change in the industry."

John Vonesh, partner, ISG Insurance, will co-host the presentation, "Regulatory & Governance Trends Impacting Financial Services and Insurance," with Michael Nacarato, an insurance executive and member of the IAOP Strategic Advisory Board and Texas Chapter Chair, also on February 19 at 3:45 p.m. The session will define the business and regulatory governance challenges impacting insurance companies, and the operational and technology strategies being used to meet those challenges.

"New and disruptive technologies are reshaping insurers' interactions with policyowners and producers," Vonesh said. "At the same time, technology service providers are developing offerings and capabilities for insurers in an increasingly competitive market. Our presentation will share best practices for addressing governance challenges in this fast-moving environment, and explore paths to long-term success."

ISG will demonstrate its technology solutions at the ISG booth (space #52), including ISG GovernX™ 2.0, an enhanced and expanded version of the firm's groundbreaking digital managed services solution for managing third-party supplier relationships.
