Monster Strengthens Staffing Leadership Team Ahead Of Staffing World 2018
Investment in team demonstrates Monster's commitment to the staffing industry

WESTON, Mass., Oct. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Monster, a leading solution for connecting people and jobs, is introducing a strengthened leadership team for its Staffing Business Unit at Staffing World 2018 (October 16 – 18 in Washington, D.C.). Leaders Penny Queller, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Talent Solutions for Monster, and Tim Robbins, Vice President and General Manager of Staffing and Recruiting for Monster, have added five new senior team members with decades of experience in the staffing industry to underscore the company's commitment to staffing and recruitment.

"At Monster, we understand that the existing recruiting methods and technologies are no longer working," said Robbins. "We've been intently listening to the pain points of staffing and recruiting leaders, and are committed to working with our customers to design and preview solutions to address those challenges. Our team continues to grow in meaningful ways to help ensure that we're in the best position to help our customers succeed."

The home for Monster's activities at Staffing World will be Booth 900 on the exhibition hall floor. There, Monster will be previewing Monster Studios, a native app that enables talent acquisition and recruitment teams to record, edit and publish video job ads from a smartphone in minutes. Video job ads bring the workplace culture to life, help create strong emotional connections, and showcase the brand and people, enabling recruiters and employer branding specialists to powerfully convey the benefits of a job opening, the employer, and the work environment. For candidates, it provides valuable insight into the role, work environment and business culture. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet members of the new staffing leadership team and hear Queller speak as a panelist on Wednesday at 1:15 p.m. ET during the "Four Ways to Motivate Your Sales Force" session.

"The leadership team in our Staffing Business Unit has never been stronger here at Monster," said Queller. "We're committed to helping recruiters build bridges between candidates and job opportunities by designing unique solutions to virtually any recruiting challenge. I'm excited to begin the rollout of these strategies and solutions for our customers and look forward to showing what Monster is working on to Staffing World attendees."
